By creating an account or using Cosbot, you ("Client", "you") agree to these Terms. If you are using Cosbot on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Cosbot is a multi-platform AI assistant service that enables you to automate customer conversations on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger. The service includes AI-powered responses, conversation management, and manual takeover capabilities. The service may change, be suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any connected platform credentials (WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Messenger). You must not share access credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.
Responses generated by the AI are automated and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for configuring appropriate instructions for your AI agent and monitoring conversations. You should not rely solely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice to your customers.

You retain ownership of your customer conversations and data. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for your own privacy policy and compliance with data protection laws regarding your customers.
The service integrates with Meta platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger) and OpenAI. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy enforcement by these third parties.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that AI responses will be accurate, appropriate, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmio Technology Corp. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service, including damages caused by AI-generated responses.
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations of these Terms or Meta's policies. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data may be deleted.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
